INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 slices of fresh pineapple
4 hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS:
• In a large bowl, mix ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cilantro. Add 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce and mix gently. Shape into 4 patties, indenting the centers slightly.
