It was a high anxiety process for me and she was calm and reassuring. Incredibly responsive. I tend to just sent text or email as I think of them and no matter time of day or day of week I typically had a reply in minutes and never delayed beyond an hour. I have done many real estate transactions and often came away feeling as though I was either not important or felt the agent lacked experience or the confidence to finish the deal.
