About Wade

I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, went to college at Ball State, lived in Indianapolis and Chicago, but found my way back to Fort Wayne. There is something magnetic about it (I think its the Johnny Appleseed Festival and low traffic). I have served in the Indiana Army National Guard since 2010, serving in various positions and organizations across the state. Outside of the Army, I am a Real Estate Broker and Investor. As a Real Estate Agent, I have no fear of getting my hands dirty. Need someone to get into the crawl space to see if its wet? You got it, and I've done it. Need me to get in a hot attic in the summer? I'm your man. My passion for Real Estate came from buying my first house in 2019, and renovating it ever since. I become a self proclaimed YouTube Expert Level DIY-er. Seeing a property develop from concept to finished product fascinates me and keeps my passion alive. Having served in the military, it is my goal to provide top service for every Service Member, regardless of rank and branch (Go Army, Beat Navy). I want to ensure that whether a Service Member is buying or selling, they have the best experience possible. When I am not otherwise committed to one of those two careers, I enjoy taking long walks with my wife and our two German Shepherds to any Taco truck/stand/restaurant I can get to.
