Big perk-metal roof installed in 2018. But I forgot about the basement-full with a painted floor, bright and open. The home being perched up high allows for a dry and useful basement. You nearly double the livable space. When I saw it, all I could think about was my 10 year old self grabbing my skates and record player and skating for hours. (For those that don't know, a "record player" was an ancient device used by humans to play sound off of shiny black discs.) Kitchen appliances remain.
